Brown County Community Foundation Mural - Epic Flight

Epic Flight

Epic Flight is located in Nashville, Indiana on a 9ft x 69ft retaining wall. Commissioned by the Brown County Community Foundation, the mural celebrates the pollinators of the milkweed plant. As part of that celebration the Brown County Pollinators group planted milkweed all around the perimeter of the retaining wall. Featuring monarch butterflies, tussock moth caterpillars and milkweed beetles the viewer is reminded that the milkweed plant is an ecosystem in itself that supports a variety of insects, not just the monarch butterfly.
